- Support clients with personal care tasks like dressing, bathing, eating, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities and tasks outlined in the care plan
- Help clients with mobility exercises as per care plan instructions; promptly report any changes to the office and nurse
- Handle light household chores including laundry, meal prep, and ensuring a clean living space
