    This office is establishing an open eligibility list for the Re-entry Transition Specialist job classification. Our current vacancies are located in Roseville and Auburn.

    This program provides transition services in order to increase the success of paroled, on probation, or incarcerated adults or youth.

    Any full-time, part-time, or limited-term positions at our various SCOE locations (Yuba, Placer, Yolo, and Sacramento Counties) may be filled from this eligibility list.
