    Responsibilities


    Responsibilities:


    New opportunity based in North America for a Market Sales and Business Development Representative to grow sales and lead a business development strategy in the BioPharma Market for the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) product line with responsibility for quarterly delivery on defined sales targets and to gain new customers in the BioPharma Market.

    Will be accountable for executing a Business Development/ Sales Plan to successfully grow Bruker BioSpin and achieve strategic business goals.

    Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute customized Go to Market approaches and support Pharma account sales strategy thus enabling Bruker BioSpin to leverage its full existing Magnetic Resonance Solution Portfolio


    Deliver annual and quarterly growth in new order bookings and in alignment with Bruker BioSpin's financial objective for Pharma Market in the defined territory.

    Create business growth by pro-actively gaining new customers and promoting new solutions in full alignment within the market management strategy.

    Build sustainable business partnerships with major corporations in all Pharma segments to position Bruker BioSpin as an End-to-End partner for the complete value chain
    Serve as Key Account Manager for specified Pharma Accounts in assigned territory.

    Drive all necessary communication, demo activity, legal requirements, quoting and follow up activities required to close sales in designated opportunities.

    Work closely with the Pharma Market team and Group Marketing to create and execute impactful market lead generation and awareness campaigns with the goal of maximizing sales growth.

    Attend specialized events to promote BBIO's solutions and assist with the proactive follow up of leads generated.

    Remain current with key priorities and changes in Pharma Market trends, including regulatory requirements and providing regular feedback to the Pharma Development team.

    Perform other duties as required.

    Qualifications


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry. MS and/ or PhD preferred.

    Minimum 5 recent years BioPharma Sales Representative work experience involving NMR and associated analytical technologies required along with a successful track record of key account sales management and business growth in Pharma/ Academia or high-value capital equipment within a public life science company.

    Proven ability to demonstrate and convey theoretical and practical understanding of NMR/TD/EPR technology as well as competing analytical tools (MS, IR)

    Proven ability to successfully drive and manage a portfolio of technical life science BPH product sales with advanced market knowledge, responds quickly to market requirements with excellent account evaluation and qualification skills.

    Possesses and actively develops to expand a strong professional network of contacts in Pharma market segment.
    Advanced proficiency and daily use maintenance with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and SAP (or similar CRM tool).
    Fluency in oral and written English with strong written, computer, interpersonal, analytical, and technical communication, and presentation skills
    A driven, highly motivated, and self-starting professional with a constructive sales-oriented approach; demonstrates excitement for new challenges and opportunity.

    Proven team player with a strong work ethic with ability to enhance and complement the Bruker BioSpin Market Sales team performance.

    Strong sales communication, lead development, negotiation and closing, presentation and follow through abilities, including a sense of urgency and customer response.

    Ability to maintain home office with telephone lines and computer connectivity.
    Valid Driver License in good standing issued by resident state and reliable transportation.
    S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
    Maintain a valid passport with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
    May be required to pass security clearance investigation.
