Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for aJunior Business Analystto join a leading Company located in theRedstone Arsenal, ALsurrounding area.

US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities :
Support maintenance and refinement of Strategic Sourcing and SharePoint sites/pages

Triage customer questions into shared mailbox

Support the development and upkeep of program continuity materials to ensure consistent and smooth program operations

Support design, development, and implementation of Strategic Sourcing applications, automation, and data (including Video Teleconferencing and new commodities)

Manage TACLANE and Celebrite ordering events (and other SS events as needed)

Support ad hoc data requests from Procurement leadership and prepare data and insights for briefings

Support customer and Strategic Sourcing Annual Assessments for high-level program data review (e.g. customer engagement, partnerships, G-invoicing GT&Cs and orders, agreement data, etc)

Support new and ongoing business and system process improvements for customer and Strategic Sourcing operations

Support the development of stakeholder training materials

Basic Hiring Criteria :
MS Excel (for data analysis, bulk uploads into UFMS, and SS order consolidation)

MS PowerPoint (briefings and policy slick sheets)

MS Word (review of step-by-steps, SOPs, and continuity books)

MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, and BI)

Outlook (should know how to create rulesets, manage distros and shared mailboxes, etc)

SharePoint (2013 and 2019)

Interpersonal communication (verbal and written) management

Briefing and presenting to large groups (to include executives)

Critically thinking (providing solutions to business challenges)

Collaborating across teams/units

Deliverable status reporting

Experience working with and engaging government clients at different career levels

Teaming within a small group with primary and overlapping tasks and being able to quickly take on new tasks

Managing and updating assets and permissions within a SharePoint environment

Providing and briefing out data analytics via Excel and Power BI
