Nurse Manager of Neuro Med-Surg - Arlington, TX
Salary Range: $84,849 (Min) - $127,274 (Max) based on experience
Join Our Dedicated Team: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead our Neuro Med-Surg unit. Our facility is a full-service hospital renowned for comprehensive care including specialized neurological, orthopedic, and surgical services.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Neuro Med-Surg unit, managing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with hospital standards.
• Manage unit operations including budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement.
• Lead a team of approximately 45 FTEs, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current State of Texas RN license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care management experience in a related unit.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS and potential ACLS certifications required.
