We are HIRING FULL-TIME Retail Sales Supervisors

RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR

Position summary:

• Provide support to the Terminal Operation Manager and/or Assistant Manager in all aspects of operations.
• Manage the store in the absence of management, demonstrating outstanding sales and customer service skills.
• Supervise sales associates in generating sales, store housekeeping, loss prevention, merchandising, pricing, cash register operations (POS), adhere to U.S Customs regulations and all company policies and procedures.
• Administer associate corrective actions (coaching, counselling, proper documentation)

Responsibilities:

• Supervisors are responsible for the complete operation of designated areas.
• Work with the Store Manager, Department Heads and Associates to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Act as role models of professionalism, ethical behaviour, and effective decision making at all times.
• Delegating tasks and following-up to ensure task completion
• Observing and providing feedback on Associate performance
• Motivating Associates to perform at a high level
• Ensuring customer concerns are solved professionally
• Training employees to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.

Experience and Education:

• 3+ years of high-end retail experience
• 1+ years of manager experience
• Mandatory to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
