- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following physician orders and community policy.
- Document medication administration and resident observations in real time using electronic systems.
- Monitor, report, and document changes in resident condition, behavior, or preferences.
- Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meals).
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care partners to ensure coordinated resident support.
- Maintain medication carts, cleanliness, and secure storage protocols.
- Uphold infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards.
- Complete all required state-mandated RCFE trainings upon hire and annually.
- Minimum age 18 years ; High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of caregiving experience preferred training provided for exceptional candidates.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.
- Strong teamwork, integrity, and reliability every dose matters.
