- Working with the Information Systems Director, the System Administrator, or the Help Desk / Project Manager on: providing phone and on-site technical support to users, provisioning computer systems, processing computer hardware for disposal, data archiving, organizing IT assets, cleaning office spaces, and other areas of technical support.
- Support on various IT projects as they arise.
- Familiar with computer operation on modern Windows operating systems, Word processing, and spreadsheets. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Can perform a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Undertakes special projects as assigned.
- Experience supporting Windows (7, 8, 10, Server), Microsoft Office, PC hardware with x86 processors.
- Associate's degree in a related area and 1-3 years of experience in the technology field or in a related area.
- Familiar with technology support concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
- Creativity and latitude/flexibility in solving problems
- Ability to understand and follow technical procedures
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact constructively with diverse populations.
- Sensitivity to cultural and poverty law issues
- Fluency in another language, most specifically, Spanish
- Experience in the non-profit or public sectors

Description
WHO WE ARE: Founded in 1966, CRLAs mission is to fight for justice and individual rights alongside the most exploited communities of our society. Through a network of regional offices and cross-cutting programs, CRLA provides legal services to tens of thousands of low-income people annually. Our work impacts farmworkers, indigenous populations, individuals with disabilities, immigrant populations, LGBTQ+ communities, women, children, and low-income families in rural areas.
CRLA offers a diverse, family-friendly environment and compensation based on competitive public interest salaries; the expected pay range for this position is $ $41.45 per hour. CRLA provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what is reasonably expected to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, the program's budget availability, internal equity, and external market pay for comparable jobs. Generous benefits package includes 100% employer-covered medical, dental, vision, life, and short & long-term disability insurance for employees and up to 50% for dependents coverage; and 401K retirement plan with CRLA contribution effective immediately. Generous paid leave policy includes; 15 days of sick leave, 15 holidays each year, and vacation (accrue 15 days for the first year of service and 20 days after one year of service at CRLA).
CRLA requires that all employees be Fully Vaccinated, defined as a CDC-approved COVID vaccination and one booster shot. This offer is contingent on meeting this requirement.
