    Job title: Preschool Teacher

    Description
    Play-Based Early Childhood Educator

    We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our vibrant preschool program. As a play-based early childhood educator, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for young children.

    About the Role:
    This is a full-time, 10 or 12 month salaried position with a range of benefits, including paid vacation, sick days, and professional development opportunities.

    Salary:
    The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

    Job Description:
    We are looking for an educator who can develop and implement intentional teaching practices, build responsive relationships with children, and work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes joyful learning and supports the unique needs of each child.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    To be successful in this role, you will need a deep knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning, strong communication skills, and a minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor's preferred). At least two years of experience teaching in a preschool classroom is also required.
