- Review work instructions for product information and specifications.
- Prep cabinets for finishing using hand tools.
- Sand o Remove dust from surfaces prior to the application of product.
- Prepare paint for application according to manufacturer's recommendations.
- Stain Spray Apply primer, sealer, and painted topcoats.
- Create standard stain samples used to assist customers in the selection process.
- Operate Makor (automated painting machinery) and inspect finished application for quality.
- Regularly inspect and maintain finishing equipment and tools to maximize productivity. Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Ability to understand and take direction.
- Attention to detail is required to ensure colors and application meet quality standards.
- Knowledgeable in the safe use of equipment such as, paint guns, hand tools, hazardous materials.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Ability to work efficiently as a part of a team and communicate effectively with other departments and personnel.
- Understanding of necessary mathematics
