- Associates Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of transportation drafting for transportation agencies such as NJDOT and/or PennDOT.
- Knowledge of and experience with ProjectWise, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, Presentation, Plan & Detail Development, and setting CAD Standards a must. Experience with OpenBridge Designer, AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and produce deliverables within the established schedule.
- Coordinate with the design team to build deliverables from initial project setup through final project delivery.
- Develop and maintain the client workspace and standards for projects.
- Train engineers and CAD operators on the standards and provide updates.
- Perform quality audits.
