    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Outpatient Program Therapist

    Program Therapist:
    $500.00 Sign-On Bonus Offered to Part-Time Therapist

    Looking for Part-Time Therapists to work Monday through Friday 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

    In addition looking form Monday through Friday 8am to 12:30pm and Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.

    The Outpatient Program Therapist performs social services functions to include: assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs through completing assessments, providing group counseling, individual counseling, referrals to community resources, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information to support overall mental health wellbeing as needed.

    Additionally, the Outpatient Program Therapist will be responsible for completing treatment plans, weekly outcome measures, daily documentation, assisting with patient drug screening, and discharge planning for all patients over an eight (8) week program period.

    Ridgeview Institute has been a staple in the state of Georgia and nationwide for the treatment of both addiction and behavioral health for over 40 years.

    Located on a 37-acre wooded campus in the city of Smyrna, GA on the outskirts of Atlanta, Ridgeview Institute provides a safe, caring environment with Psychiatrists, Nurses, Social Workers, Counselors, Activity Therapists and Mental Health Technicians.

    Treatment services include inpatient and outpatient services and aftercare.

    Education:

    Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field preferred.

    MSW, APC, LPC and LCSW preferred.

    Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; and have strong clinical assessment skills, preferred.

    Additional Requirements:
    CPR/First Aid and CPI Training. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

    Estimated Salary:
    $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
