- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 2-4 years related insurance or financial services industry experience required with emphasis on life and annuity insurance experience.
- Ability to obtain a SIE license within the first 6 months of employment or be subject to possible reassignment.
- Solid understanding of individual annuity products and services. Familiarity with state insurance laws.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations and manage through disagreements.
- B.A. in Business from accredited college/university.
- Minimum 1year field Annuity Sales, 3-5 years Insurance back office and Customer Service with minimum 2 years new business suitability processing.
