    Job Description Job Description Job descriptionWe are looking for a leader to oversee our representatives who can also provide awesome customer service to our customersShift: 10am-6:30pm*Some overtime will be required based on volume.

    Here are just some things Customer Service Rep will do while overseeing our customer service representatives:

    Receive and process outbound orders by phone, fax, or email in either our in-house Cadence system or SAP.Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with carriers, and shipping documents.

    Prepare any follow-up to ensure delivery can be made by the specified dates required. Initiate tracers with carriers.
    Adjust or cancel orders and process inbound returns as requested.
    Access customer's online shipping or receiving programs and update records for individual accounts.
    Send daily, weekly, or monthly reports to the customer as requested.

    Invoice processingHere is what were looking for:

    Must have previous lead or supervisor experience1+ year in a high-volume customer service role with a 3PL strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and SAPAbility to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

    Multi-taskingExcellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).Available to work some overtime as needed.
    RELIABLE they will not tolerate absenteeism in their first 60 days of assignment.
