    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate patient flow with physician/care teams ensuring a positive experience by assessing schedules using space effectively Escort patients to exam rooms monitor wait times assist in preparing for exams advise physicians when ready Assist during examinations if required or requested.
    • Perform Pre-Visit Planning reviewing patient charts ordering blood x-rays referrals checking preventative care gaps outstanding immunizations screenings making reminder calls confirming appointment details ensures examining rooms are equipped stocked neatens between procedures cleans/sterilizes medical instruments prepares patients for exams documenting chief complaints reviews past history current medication health maintenance templates performs blood draws EKGs as ordered.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills certification as a medical assistant CPR training computer literacy basic math skills pediatric outpatient experience preferred bilingual ability if needed. We offer competitive hourly rates USD $30.90-$31.47.
