Job summary
We are looking for an experienced welder/fabricator to join our team at Shepard Steel. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of welding techniques and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities include layout, fit, and fabrication of metal components to assemble structural steel.
- Read and interpret drawings and other written instructions
- Perform FCAW and other types of welding based on project needs
- De-bur and grind metal as necessary
