    With over 13 modalities to specialize in and expanding opportunities within the industry, you may take a few different journeys during your massage therapy career. Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchised at 2751 N Mayfair Rd, Wauwatosa, WI wants to give massage therapists a healthy and healing environment to explore whichever paths are calling you.

    Tuition Reimbursement for New Massage Therapy Grads up to $3000
    Paid Time Off
    Compensation $30 - $45 an hour including enhancements and gratuity.
    50 minutes hands on services. Tiered commission structure offers unlimited earning potential.
    Part time massage therapists perform 4 to 20 services a week. Full time massage therapists perform 25 + services a week.

    How our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing:
    • Customize massage treatment plans based on individual clients.
    • Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
    • Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
    • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.

    Team Member Essentials:
    • Active WI massage therapy license.
    • Carry liability insurance.
    • Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
    • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
    • Knowledge of other various massage modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members
    • Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

    **Compensation includes tips.

    • We also own a spa in Greenfield, please inquire about additional opportunities if interested.
