    Position: Sales Support Coordinator

    Division: Education Sales Support

    Status: Full-Time Exempt

    Reports to: Client Partner

    Location: Remote - Anywhere in the contiguous United States

    Working Hours: Expected to be within the Central time zone (CST)

    Compensation: Anticipated salary range is $54-70k, based on experience and qualifications.

    Role Overview

    The Sales Support Coordinator is a vital partner to our leading Client Partners and Managing Directors. This dynamic role goes beyond mere administrative support, acting as a proactive coordinator and communication manager that allows revenue leaders to focus on fostering strategic client relationships and driving growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong decision-making capabilities and a deep understanding of sales dynamics, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex workflows effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administrative Support: Handle comprehensive email management, optimize calendars, and prepare documents for Client Partners and Managing Directors.
    • Scheduling & Logistics: Manage complex schedules and logistics while efficiently balancing priorities.
    • Team Collaboration: Conduct regular check-ins to align on deadlines, meeting prep, and operational tasks.
    • Sales Operations: Oversee administrative processes in Salesforce, including logging activities, maintaining data hygiene, and supporting sample requests.
    • Client Coordination: Organize meeting logistics, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track follow-ups.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for administrative efficiency, reducing redundancy while leveraging generative AI tools for streamlined operations.
    • General Support: Manage expense reports and special projects, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required.
    • 5+ years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency with generative AI tools to enhance professional workflows.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
    • Experience with Salesforce or willingness to rapidly achieve proficiency.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proactive and resourceful, anticipating team needs.
