    Job Duties:
    Help set the vision for our data platform and work across engineering and product teams toinstill, enact, and iterate on that vision and communicate it effectively to the organization andleadership; Lead the Data Analytics Team with a heavy focus on building a diverse, high-performing team of Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers; Partner with cross-functionalstakeholders, business leaders, and executives to understand current and future needs across theorganization and develop a roadmap that you execute against; Lead the design andimplementation of batch data extraction processes, data modeling, data transformations, andperform analysis to assess quality and provide insights: Since our data platform team is stillsmall, the role will involve a fair amount of hands-on work to start with; Ensure that our datapipelines and analytics platforms are scalable, repeatable, tested, documented, and secure.

    Job Requirements: Job requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information and Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the offered position or as Senior Analyst or Manager in Business Intelligence. Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time. Required expertise/knowledge includes:

    • Experience in a data-focused role, including experience with "modern data stack" typetools for data warehousing, data extraction, data transformation, and workfloworchestration
    • Experience managing, leading, and recruiting high-functioning data teams
    • A proven track record of managing and prioritizing complex stakeholder needs,communication with cross-functional teams, and ability to deliver against timelines witha focus on business impact. Dashboards and training end users on leveraging them to thefull extent
    • Proficient in SQL and a strong working knowledge of software engineering workflow tools such as version control and testing
    • A proven ability to model data for reporting and analytics needs, or a very strong understanding of best practices in this area
    • Hands-on experience with the tools we currently use in our Stack: Stitch, dbt, BigQuery, Tableau, Jupyter notebooks, or similar tools (Fivetran, Snowflake, any data visualization or BI software)
    • Practical experience implementing data testing and monitoring solutions, data documentation, lineage, and access control

    Full-time: 40 hours/week Salary: $235,779 - $254,100 / year
