Respiratory Therapist, CRT or RRT
Shift: PRN, Days

As a Respiratory Therapist at Newport Medical Center, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:

Associate's degree
Credential of Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Expected to maintain a CPR certification
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

About the Job:

In this position you will assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders
Collect and analyze sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases. Also measures the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is impaired function
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Perform a variety of tasks
