- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Manage and ensure operational readiness of the Emergency Medical Response (EMR) program.
- Support organizational awareness the of EMR program readiness through creation and management of reporting tools
- Coordinate with the Logistics team on readiness timelines for durable medical equipment.
- Ensure readiness of medical consumable and pharmaceutical supplies/systems and materials
- Manage Consumable supply systems in order to respond to EMR needs including field hospitals and other hospital supply programs, as needed during disasters
- Manage the creation of medical supply kits in order to resupply front line medical providers during disasters
- Help manage inventory systems to ensure purchasing, building, and deployment of appropriate EMR capacities
- Maintain requirements and design plans for durables, consumable, and pharmaceuticals
- Build yearly and monthly manufacturing forecasts
- Provide overall operations team task coordination. Ensures task coverage during deployments
- Consult with teams on team capacities and availability during medical deployments to ensure appropriate program design. Support development of deployment plan
- Serve on Incident Management Teams as needed
- Plan for and executes deployment to conferences and events, repacking, and resupply
- Contribute to and maintain medical response specific technical build support manuals and equipment manuals in a functional environment
- Support and coordinate future medical programs at Samaritans Purse as requested
- Support completion of post response/After Action Report (AAR) review of medical supply plan and lessons learned process
- All other duties as assigned
