    An Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • A solid understanding of Engineering Mechanics of Materials principles.
    • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software or related engineering tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    In addition to the minimum qualifications, desirable skills include:

    • Previous experience in the aircraft industry through internships.
    • Familiarity with EASA / FAA requirements for Part 25 aircraft.
    • Knowledge of CATIA V5, V6, or other 3D design software.
    • Experience with stress analysis in applied engineering settings.
    • Familiarity with finite element software such as Elfini, NASTRAN, ALGOR, or industry-accepted alternatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The primary duties of this role involve:

    • Developing comprehensive Finite Element models using CATIA V5 and Elfini software to analyze stress within interior structures.
    • Reviewing design models to ensure structural integrity through manual calculations and sound engineering judgment.
    • Collaborating with the design office to optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and weight reduction while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Preparing clear and detailed stress reports under the guidance of a Team Leader or mentor.
    • Participating in technical discussions with Certification Teams to validate final stress report findings.
