Description
This position will provide coverage and support to our communities with vacant Service Manager positions They will also provide managerial support to our communities with essential time-sensitive hardships This position will serve as the subject matter expert on direct maintenance service operations vendor management mentoring May serve as the acting Service Manager wherever/whenever assigned and provide standard operational support required of AIR's Service Managers May regional oversight all aspects Property Maintenance Management multiple communities including requests turn process preventative training supervision staff Provide support Regional Offices completing plans result audit Assists Property regional directors completion action plans resulting audit
