Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Development Coordinator, LPN/RN to join our team.This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing training and development programs for our staff.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the completion of the facility assessment at least annually.
- Identifies and prioritizes the facility's educational needs through an educational needs assessment.
- Plans schedules conducts oversees orientation programs for all personnel.
