**About the Role**
Cardlytics is looking for a Senior Director, Restaurant Partnerships who is passionate about building and delivering solutions to a portion of the Top 100 chains within the Restaurant Industry. This person would be responsible for securing renewals, expanding existing budgets, and creating new budget opportunities with existing Cardlytics partners. And also securing new advertising partners from a focused list of prospects. In doing so, this individual must work collaboratively across key functional areas, including Client Success, Campaign Ops, Analytics, and Revenue Marketing. The candidate must have a strategic mindset, be able to create compelling narratives using insights & analytics, and must possess strong written, presentation, & verbal communication skills all within a highly consultative approach with our partners.
**You will:**
Leverage your experience within the advertising technology industry to grow existing and secure net new client relationships and exceed revenue targets
Be a student of the Restaurant Industry by continuously understanding current trends, challenges, and priorities across the Industry and within your clients.
Deeply understand your clients business and marketing goals, strategies, and measures of success/KPIs.
Connect your clients needs, strategies, and goals with the unique capabilities of Cardlytics to create winning and enduring solutions.
Develop a strategy for managing a book of business, spanning both active and prospective accounts, to exceed revenue goals and drive long-term growth for Cardlytics
Partner with internal teams to develop scalable solutions that will benefit our clients
Partner with revenue operations, sales development, and client success to strategically engage, solicit interest, and secure commitment from new accounts, while engaging upwards and out with new stakeholders and decision makers across existing accounts
**You are:**
A collaborator who will partner across external and internal organizational teams to drive revenue and expand adoption of Cardlytics solutions by our customers
Results oriented and accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, pipeline management and growth
Organized and able to coordinate multiple resources, priorities and deadlines, while keeping an eye on the strategic objective

**You have experience in:**
Digital advertising with 5+ years of successfully growing revenue through the development of long-term strategic partnerships
Tackling complex issues with a combination of financial acuity, long-term vision and data-driven approaches
Data-driven selling or marketing, comfortable with business performance metrics and statistical analysis
Influencing decisions at the highest levels and a demonstrated ability to find common ground and align stakeholders and teams with conflicting agendas
Experience working in the Restaurant Industry, either as a Marketing /Media service provider or as a client-side Marketer, is a plus
