is seeking a

Human Resources Director

for a manufacturer located in

Mountain Top, PA .

The

Human Resources Director

will be responsible for the development and execution of organizational human resources strategy. Manufacturing industry experience is required.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing departmental development and planning, including budgets and resource allocationManaging human resources management standards, processes, and systems implementation and coordinationProviding employee relations issues counselOverseeing human resources related strategic initiatives and new programs implementationDeveloping and maintaining human resources practices and policiesCollaborating with senior management on succession plan establishmentCreating recruiting and retention plansAssisting with compensation and benefits plans development and implementationPreparing and delivering employee training and development initiatives

Skills/ Competencies:
Bachelor's degree; MBA and/or SPHR preferred15+ years Human Resources experience that includes manufacturing industry experienceExtensive experience with cultural transformation and human capitalThorough knowledge of employment laws, both federal and stateAbility to effectively communicate with employees at all levels

Additional Details:
Employment Type: Direct HireSalary: $120-$150k + bonus
