    Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

    Job Description:

    Senior Business Analyst/Consultant with 10+ years of experience in the area of US Retirement Plan Administration [Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit plans]


    • Proficiency with plan designs, fiduciary responsibilities, record keeping services and operational compliances for various types of plans, viz. 401(k), 403(b), PSP, MPP etc.


    • Well versed with processes & procedures related but not limited to contribution calculations, distribution, loan requests, accounting/valuation, nondiscrimination testing, governmental reporting etc.


    • Experience working in Fund Management area or Life Insurance as a plan asset can be considered


    • Partner with key client stakeholders, analyze requirements and conduct due diligence to assess, enhance and improve their business processes, IT systems and applications


    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams like Architecture, Data, Quality assurance to help shape ideas, design solutions and deliver measurable, sustainable improvements in business performance


    • Develop business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other deliverables, as needed


    • Help Product Owners in researching and examining epic/features needs, aid framing/slicing of requirements, establish user stories prioritize backlog and support testing of solutions


    • Provide subject matter proficiency in specific functional area(s) to the assigned Scrum team


    • Supports Agile practices and Scrum Master in facilitating various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up


    • Actively own and participate data profiling exercise along with technical SME's and represent details in a visual manner for proper reporting and decision making
