- Generate all commercial and residential roofing and solar opportunities
- Perform all necessary site visits
- Generate accurate plan take-offs and create proposals for all projects
- Negotiate all contracts
- Manage and process projects sold by other Sales Reps as requested
- Manage projects for all awarded work including but not limited to:
- 5+ years of construction related experience – roofing experience required - solar PV ideal but not required
- Must be able to accurately produce job estimates
- Basic accounting experience
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent follow-through, communication and negotiating skills
- Must have strong work ethics
- Must be well organized, have documentation skills and be a self-starter
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Roofing Project Manager / Estimator . This position is full-time and is based in our Santa Rosa.
Our team is made up of industry veterans with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction home builders throughout Northern California.
Specific Responsibilities:
o Maintain a solid knowledge base of local code requirements, products, re-roof, roofing processes, solar installation practices, and industry specifications
o Create accurate budgets
o Confirm material is ordered at best competitive pricing
o Communicate with Operations Team during the life of the project
