Duties

• Circulate among patrons to assure service is satisfactory, receive and resolve customer complaints; provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
• Assist patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment.
• Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, and related functions.
• Lead the work of other employees. Answer questions of other employees on procedures, policies, and directives. Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight in program operations. Provide on-the job training to new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
