- Bachelor's Degree; PMP certificate is a plus.
- 2-5 years of project and/or project management experience in a healthcare setting; experience in healthcare/oncology preferred.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent large/small projects and project teams.
- Experience facilitating meetings.
- Proficient with project management approaches like Waterfall and Agile.
- Experience with Smartsheet and Excel a plus.
- Influences operational and executive leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constrains impacting project delivery.
- Creates comprehensive project plans, follows up on key issues, produces status reports and documents showing project progress.
- Manages and monitors project schedules, progress, and barriers to ensure projects are completed on time and effectively.
- Manages programs and projects to design, develop and implement new systems and subteams in project execution, ensuring compliance with established company standards.
