About the Job

• This is a full-time position with Hamilton County Government.
• The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Juvenile Court Administration and perform various financial and accounting duties.

In this role, you will work under general supervision to provide confidential secretarial and administrative support. This includes performing tasks such as data entry, checking accounts, tracking expenses, record keeping, budgeting for grants reporting purpose only , filing reports supportive of department function. You may also assist in preparation coordination various types meetings presentations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain accurate records keep track account expenditures all juvenile court divisions.
  
• Possibly prepare payroll attendance reports department maintain appropriate files – possibly drive county vehicle
