    The role:


    We are seeking a talented Brand Marketing Director to join our team and lead our brand strategy and communication efforts.

    As the Brand Marketing Director at , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy across various channels such as DTC, B2B, Retail, and Amazon.

    Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, loyalty, and growth through strategic planning, creative execution, and effective communication.


    What you'll do:

    Brand Strategy Development:
    Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals, target audience insights, and market trends

    Communication Planning:
    Develop and oversee integrated communication plans that effectively convey the brand's messaging, values, and product offerings across multiple touchpoints, including digital, social media, PR, and experiential marketing

    Content Creation:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience, including but not limited to product packaging, website copy, social media posts, and video content

    Brand Identity Management:
    Collaborate with the Sr Creative Director to evolve the brand's visual identity, voice, and tone to ensure consistency and authenticity across all brand assets and communication channels

    New Product Development:
    Build a strategy and recommend a pipeline of innovation.

    Work with the team on bringing those ideas to marketPortfolio Strategy & Price Pack Architecture:
    Develop and execute our portfolio mix strategyMarket Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation within the DTC and CPG food spacePerformance Tracking and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, and iterate on strategies to optimize performance and ROICross-

    Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand initiatives throughout the organization

    Budget Management:
    Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and drive business results while maintaining financial disciplineWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles within the DTC and/or CPG food industryProven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and consumer engagementStrong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and compelling communicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersDemonstrated proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performancePassion for food, and consumer trendsExperience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred

    Annual Salary Range:
    $150,000 - $170,000 plus annual bonusExcellent benefits including a 401K MatchPaid Maternity, Adoption and Paternity leaveAnd all the snacks your heart desires + a 40% employee discountBase salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experience and qualifications for the role. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include short & long term incentive compensation.
