    Infinity Natural Resources is seeking a Construction Field Foreman Contractor to oversee the construction of well pads & access roads, water pipelines, public roadway improvements, and other civil-related infrastructure projects within the oil and gas industry. This position ensures that all construction activities comply with Infinity & industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. This is a contract, field-based position working primarily out of our Ohio locations in Guernsey & Carroll counties.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Monitor daily construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of well pads, access roads, water lines, and other related construction projects to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
    • Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or specifications and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all inspections, including photographs, notes, and detailed reports.
    • Prepare and submit daily/weekly inspection reports to the in-house Construction Foreman and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure all inspection documentation is organized and accessible for review and audit purposes.
    • Conduct follow-up inspections to verify that identified issues have been resolved and corrective actions implemented.
    • Collaborate with the in-house Construction Foreman, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address inspection findings and facilitate timely resolutions.
    • Attend project meetings as required to provide updates on inspection activities and findings.
    • Ensure that all construction activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations specific to the oil and gas industry.
    • Report any environmental, health, and safety violations or hazards to the in-house Construction Foreman and recommend measures to mitigate risks.

    Your Background:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or technical certification in construction technology, civil engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or inspection within the oil and gas industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction processes for well pads, access roads, water lines, and related infrastructure.
    • Strong understanding of industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements specific to oil and gas construction.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document construction defects and deviations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using inspection tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel as required to various project sites as needed.
    • Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
    • Must be able to perform a medium level of physical work – exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
    • See, hear, talk and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical activity.
