- 12-hour shifts with a 7-on-7-off rotation (Monday-Sunday) or modified options

- Specialty backup available in Cardiology, GI, Nephrology, General Surgery, Vascular Surgery, ENT, Pulmonary

- Situated in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northwestern North Carolina with all four seasons
