    Position Summary The MediSpa Service Coordinator provides superior customer service to clients by welcoming them and creating a hospitable environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities Greets, schedules appointments, and services clients in a friendly and professional manner Explains all products, services, and treatments to clients Ensures towels are properly folded and well-stocked and that products are neat and orderly Supports technicians to consistently increase guest retention and service sales and maintain minimum retail sales goals Assists the Manager with inventory and ordering products Reconciles the cash register at end of shift Position Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 year of customer service experience CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Requirements Some related college experience Customer service experience in MediSpa, Medical Clinic or Spa Life Time is a place for everyone.
