Our facility is in need of a full-time IS Network Administrator in our Information Systems Department at Miller County Hospital.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining the network administration of the organization. Knowledge of networking health care systems, and the ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of a diverse workforce.

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or health care technology.
• Minimum 10 years of IT working experience and Network administration.
• Certified PMP, MCSE, A+, CCNA, MCP, Network+, CISSP, MCSA, ITIL or Security +
• Five plus years of experience as a Network Administrator in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Technology - Extensive knowledge and understanding of the following technologies is preferred:
• Server Operating Systems and Roles (Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
• Telecommunications (Mitel Phone System, AT&T & Windstream Services)
• Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Office 365, OneDrive, Teams)
• Routing and Switching (Firewalls (Palo Alto), Managed Switches (Juniper), Wireless Systems (Juniper))
• Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
• Applications and Services (Barracuda, Cortex, Kaspersky, Microsoft Office & Visio, EHR systems: Cerner, Matrix, Nuance Dragon, Workspace One for Mobile Device Management)
• Hardware (Dell Servers, Dell Workstations and Laptops)
• Security (Network Vulnerability Scanners, Pen Testing, Security Risk Assessments, IDS/IPS Solutions, PCI Compliance)
