Job summary
The position involves performing inspections on parts and assemblies as part of the Quality Management System. The role requires working within production and warehousing operations to address quality issues and problems, facilitating methods to remediate and prevent future occurrences.Responsibilities
- First point of contact for escalation of non-conforming material from the shop production floor or warehouse.
- Inspects parts and assemblies utilizing the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) or manual instruments to identify variances to blueprint requirements.
