    Responsibilities Operate a scanner to obtain images used to diagnose and treat of pathologies.
    Create high-resolution cross-sectional images by expertly positioning patients and selecting technical parameters to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
    Empower patients through thorough pre-screening and education, ensuring they feel safe and prepared before their examination.

    Lead the digital integration of care by managing high-quality image transfers to PACS, ensuring the medical team has immediate access to vital data.

    Protect patient and staff safety by strictly following radiation guidelines and proactively monitoring equipment for optimal performance.
    Maintain a high-standard clinical environment by organizing procedure areas and troubleshooting equipment to ensure seamless patient flow.

    Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

    One or more of the following required:

    Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    Must pass the Magnetic Resonance (MR) boards through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 12 month of hire/transfer date.

    Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.

    Medical Sonographer specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

    Must pass the Magnetic Resonance (MR) boards through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) within 12 month of hire/transfer date.


    Education:


    High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
