    Description

    Duties * Serve as a Training Technician using technical knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices, and techniques of training and education.

    * Design and develop training Products for U.S. Army Signal School prepotency common military subjects. * Research, analyze, evaluate, and develop training materials, guides, methods, and aids for courses for common military subjects.

    * Collect and analyze training data and reports and provides the statistical results to the Chief, Operations Branch, senior leadership, and managers.

    * Assist in analyzing training support packages, to include task analysis, task summaries, lesson plans, practical exercises, and training tests modules, specific learning objectives and activities and audiovisual instruction materials.

    * Assist in writing/reviewing/coordinating of training support packages, training plans, program of instruction, course and student guides, and coordinates products with appropriate offices.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

    * one year trial/probationary period may be required. * Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance. * Temporary duty (TDY) business travel may be required approximately 25 percent of the time. * This position is obligated.

Specialized experience would be demonstrated by assist in coordinating training support packages, training plans, program of instruction (POI), and courses and student guides to appropriate office; ensure that all training material are in accordance with Quality Assurance Office (QAO) standards; provide surveys to determine compliance with regulation and identifies future issues that might impact the ability to meet the mission; and collect and analyze training data/reports to provide statistical results to senior leaders and managers.
