Dematic is looking for a talented Technical Software Support Engineer to provide remote, second level customer support with Dematic's Customer Service Technical Support department.
The employee can be based anywhere in the continental USA. The working schedule for this position is rotating four days on/four days off. The standard is a 12-hour shift in this position.

Assist project and technical engineers in integration of new systemsAssist technical and development personnel in application quality testingWork on site to install, commission, and test installation of material handling solutionsProvide specified technical support to customers on-siteTroubleshoot server hardware, Ethernet networks and other peripherals such as printerReview Sales and Estimating Functional Specifications documentationTravel approximately 20% of the time to different customer locations and Dematic locations in the United StatesParticipate in an on call rotation during non-business hoursWhat We are
Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field)At least 2 years' experience in software, network and/or hardware engineering positions (preferably in Material Handling Industry)Experience with Oracle databasesExperience with MS SQL DatabaseExperience with Windows operating systemsSome positions in the U.S.
