Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent for our growing organization
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract the best talent in the robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation industries
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide support in the hiring process
• Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest recruiting trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong focus on robotics, machine learning, AI, and aviation industries
• Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
