ServiceNow HRSD Project Manager
12+ month Contract
Dallas, TX (Remote)
Must have experience ServiceNow HRSD experience.
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a number of
our Corporate Portfolio projects, including Revenue Cycle Management.
These are mainly focused on Workday and ServiceNow as our main platforms however we
do work with a myriad of HR, Finance and Compliance applications that integrate
with our main systems.
Our business objectives and goals are mostly focused on transforming the business
but in some cases our goals are compliance and efficiency based.
The PM will work with vendor team as well as business and IT stakeholders, business
subject matter experts (SMEs), product owners, and IT support and
implementation teams.
The main role of the PM is to ensure project governance is maintained by the
project team, the vendor solution planning and delivery is in line with
companys expectations while supporting teams to ensure effective requirement
definition, testing, change management, training, support planning and delivery
execution.
We aim to deliver value to the organization through successful delivery of the
desired business outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years as an IT Project Manager, specifically managing ServiceNow and/or Workday
projects.
Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and configurations.
Experience in managing Revenue Cycle Management projects with integrations between ServiceNow and / or Workday and other applications
Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource management, and
risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and
influence SME, vendor team as well as business leads.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive the project team to
project success.
Experience in Waterfall project management methodology and frameworks (Agile is a bonus)
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, etc. are highly desirable.
