This position is responsible for receiving and evaluating incoming ambulance service calls to provide appropriate level of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) assistance Dispatches appropriate resources and ensures accurate and appropriate transfer of information is received and conveyed Serves as a part of the Emergency Medical Services Department supporting the basic and advanced life support personnel
