    We would like you to combine your unique talents and skills with our new OB GYN, Family & Regenerative Medical Facility in Southeast Texas.

    $285,000 guaranteed annual salary $10,000 in relocation reimbursements $20,000 in sign on bonus

    Bonus compensation based on production after $750,000 in collections less cost of goods and services (you can make as much as you want however our goal is for each physician to have a positive work life balance) Three weeks of vacation/PTO

    One week of CME time off $2,000 in CME course

    Initial minimum 3-4 year commitment

    Our marketing efforts will reinforce our physician commitment to excellence. Physicians will practice at two main facilities. Both facilities offer the latest in gynecological equipment including Da Vinci robotics making patient recovery quicker.

    Physician leadership is one of the founding principles.

    The physicians are responsible and accountable for patient outcomes, and our organization is designed to give doctors control over care delivery and a voice in monthly meetings.

    Call rotation is 1 in 3-5 Expected patient volume 32-36 per day

    Physician?s will have a nurse or medical assistant to assist

    Physician Assistant or NP to share patient load

    Office work days consist of 4-5 days per week

    Surgery day is one half or one full day based on surgical volume per week
