    Job Description

    Uncorked Lounge is seeking a concierge professional who is our guest's first point of contact. The ideal candidate will be a warm, enthusiastic person who wants to provide the best service and can answer all inquiries while maintaining company culture. In addition, they will be responsible for protecting the lounge by requesting the ID of each patron.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire extensive knowledge of Uncorked Lounge, our mission, values, our "why" and be able to convey this to our guests with authenticity.
    • Answer phone calls and make reservations or redirect calls to management.
    • Explain the technology of our lounge to all guests with grace for those new to technology and swiftly for those that have been to our establishment in the past.
    • ID each and every person entering Uncorked Lounge. We do not allow people younger than 21 inside or on the patio at any time.

    Requirements & Skills:

    • Proven concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience.
    • Proficient in English, multi-lingual including ASL is encouraged.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Polite and confident with a lot of patience.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical ability to stand for long hours and retain energetic demeanor.
    • High standard of personal hygiene.
    • 21+
    • Take initiative in tasks during slow periods.
