Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONDays:
Friday-Sunday Time: 6:00am-6:30pmPay: 16.50 HourlyPosition Summary Details The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors.
Essential Functions Buffing Stripping Waxing Polishing Coating Responsibilities The floor technician may be responsible for cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas.The floor technician may be asked to assist with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
