- Establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during project lifecycles, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Lead multiple ongoing projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- Eliciting accurate project requirements from all stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with projects
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
- Proactively problem-solving issues that arise with any ongoing project
- Evaluating all active strategic project performance
- 2-3 years' experience in project management
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects at a time
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in
- PMP Certification
- Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including project management tools
- Experience in or knowledge of the medical device industry
