    This position takes a leadership role at the forefront and requires strong collaboration across various team and be the focal point for all stakeholders nearly in all functions.

    The day-to-day activities:Establish and maintain leadership and management over the Product

    • Identity team as they relate to your products.
    Shape the overall product vision and roadmapCollaborate with cross-functional groups such as Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing to define an ambitious strategy, develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for usersDefine and communicate product requirements and specificationsEnsure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across all relevant functionsCollect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product developmentCollect data, user feedback, and market research, and use that to inform product developmentThe must haves:8 or more years with senior product management experience at a tech software company, preferable in Identity/Users ManagementMasters Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, businessStrong business acumen, be customer focused, team and results-orientedDemonstrated success in delivering compelling products in a high growth, fast paced, rapidly changing environmentEmployment typeOTHER
