    Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, andresults-oriented Lead Environmental Engineer (Solid Waste) who islooking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth,and a desire to contribute to our clients\' success.

    This position willbe located in our Green Bay, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Minneapolis, MN, orCedar Rapids, IA locations or working remotely from a home office in ornear Wisconsin, Minnesota or Iowa.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Serve asprimary technical resource for solid waste projects including solidwaste facilities and solid waste planning.

    Oversee the development andquality control review of plans and specifications and serve as theengineer of record for municipal solid waste, ash monofill anddemolition landfill waste facility construction projects.

    Providehands-on technical engineering for solid waste projects (issueidentification and resolution, project team leadership, delivery ofprojects within scope/schedule/budget, technical quality, etc.).

    Leadcommunications to teams/systems/processes to complete projects thatdeliver high quality and on-time completion while providing input forcontinuous improvements. Serve as a primary contact for clientsregarding solid waste projects.

    Participate in proposals/presentations,attend client meetings, advocate for client and stakeholder interests inpublic meetings, attend trade shows that support client interests,facilitate meetings between clients, suppliers and vendors, meet withregulatory agencies and contractors as owner\'s representative.

    Proactively identify client needs and initiate activities to meet thoseneeds. Demonstrate effective client and project team communicationskills with a focus on technical issues for clients, regulators, andstakeholders. Negotiate scope change orders with clients andsubcontractors. Coach junior engineers to develop their technicalskills. Maintain all licenses and certifications in good standing.
