    We partner with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.


    • Must live in the following states and be on

    EST:
    CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, MD, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, VA, or WV

    Position will have ability to be remote with travel as needed


    Primary Duties:

    • Leads and directs schedulers in Intake Department
    • Organizes and develops schedule workflow according to parameters established for each locations' next available opening
    • Assists manager on scheduling department issues and options
    • Trains new employees on multiple information systems and upgrades
    • Schedules, tracks and assist patients to facilitate their needs
    • Ability to de-escalate and resolve escalated calls from patients and referring practices
    • Ability to compile a chart audit
    • Perform a workflow assessment and create daily workflow assignments
    • Ability to recognize, coach and develop behavioral patterns
    • Work individually and as the supervisor in a team environment
    • Clear and efficient communication with your team or other parties involved via all communication platforms
    • Communicates monthly/weekly schedule per established procedures and works with supervisor to update as required
    • Daily communication with regional manager regarding any scheduling conflicts or concerns
    • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
    • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
    • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent customer service
    • Experience in healthcare intake and scheduling preferred
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to multi-task between several projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to recognize information types and direct information to appropriate healthcare providers
    • Ability to work within a team environment
    • Adequate computer skills
    • Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear
    • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment abilities
    • Use of hands to operate office equipment
